If a Student tile is showing 'Waiting for Student Activity' instead of your student’s screen, check the following:
- Student is online - their device has an internet connection.
- Student is actively using the device or looking at a web page.
- The Linewize icon (App icon here) shows on the student’s device. If you select the icon, you should see the student’s name/ID.

If the Linewize icon is not showing or if all are showing but you still can’t see the student’s screen, ask your school’s IT Support to check the following:
- Allow Third-Party Cookies to use Classwize Features
- Troubleshoot Linewize Connect for Windows or macOS.
