If Classwize takes over a minute to load your classrooms, please try these troubleshooting steps.

Clear you cache
- Open Classwize.
Open Classwize in a different browser
- Close your existing browser.
- Try opening Classwize in another browser.
Enable Third-party cookies (Chrome)
- Open Chrome.
- At the top right, select the three dots.
- Select Settings.
- Select Privacy and security.
- Select Third-party cookies.
- Select Allow third-party cookies or Block third-party cookies in Incognito mode.
- Open Classwize.
If you still have the problem, contact your school's IT support for help.
