Classwize is stuck on “We’re loading your classes as fast as we can

If Classwize takes over a minute to load your classrooms, please try these troubleshooting steps.

Clear you cache

  1. Clear the cache on your web browser.
  1. Open Classwize.

Open Classwize in a different browser

  1. Close your existing browser.
  2. Try opening Classwize in another browser.

Enable Third-party cookies (Chrome)

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, select the three dots.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Select Privacy and security.
  5. Select Third-party cookies.
  6. Select Allow third-party cookies or Block third-party cookies in Incognito mode.
  7. Open Classwize.

If you still have the problem, contact your school's IT support for help.
