This article helps teachers resolve issues when their class lists are outdated or show incorrect students. It focuses on simple steps teachers can take or request from their school’s IT Support.
The sync hasn’t completed
The Student Information System (SIS) may not have finished syncing recent changes to student enrolments.
Wait up to 24 hours for the nightly sync to complete. If your class list still isn’t updating, ask your school's IT Support to run a manual sync.
Student enrolments in the SIS are missing or incorrect
Some students may be missing from your class, or students may appear in the wrong class because enrolment data in the SIS is incomplete or incorrect.
Check enrolment records in the SIS. Ask your school’s IT Support to correct any missing or incorrect enrolments and run a manual sync to update your class list.
The previous sync failed or was partially completed
Sometimes a sync fails due to connection or system errors, leaving student data outdated or incorrect.
Ask your school’s IT Support to review sync status, fix any errors, and perform a manual sync.
