If a student uses a macOS device and their student tile shows one of the following messages, the Screen Recording permissions may be off:
- Connecting to student.
- No activity detected.
- Cannot display screen.
To check the Screen Recording permissions:
- On their device, go to System Settings > Privacy & Security > Screen & System Audio Recording.
- Ensure that Screen & System Audio Recording is allowed for “classroom.plugin" or "fc-system-service_darwin-amd64”.
