Troubleshoot Screenshots and Live View Disabled error message

When using Classwize as a teacher, you may come across the error message "Live View disabled" when trying to view a student's screen or access screenshot history reports.This is not a technical issue, it is the intended behaviour of the Screen Visibility Restrictions feature, explained below.

Why are Screenshots and Live View disabled?

Screenshots and Live View are disabled for privacy and security measures. We created this functionality to assist our schools in adhering to regulations for online standardised testing administration and the security of testing materials.

What can you do if Screenshots and Live View are disabled?

Select the View restricted website/app link above the Live View disabled error message to check which website or app is being restricted.
