You can remove students within a class or from the My Classes Dashboard to reflect who is present on the day. If you remove students from a Synced or Combined class, Classwize will re-add them at the next daily sync.
Important
- You can have a maximum of 100 students per class or 50 in a Monitor Only Mode classroom.
- Changes made to Local or Monitor Only Mode Classrooms are saved, but changes to Synced or Combined classes reset with the daily sync.
Remove students within a Classroom
- In the Classroom, select Class Tools > Modify Students.
- Select the X icon next to the name of the student you want to remove.
- Select Save.

Remove students from the My Classes Dashboard
- On the My Classes Dashboard, select the Modify Students icon for the relevant Class tile. The Modify Students dialog will appear.
- Select the X icon next to the student's name you want to remove from the class.
- Select Save.
