Turn on Classwize Native App Controls (Windows)

Native App Controls allow teachers to create Classwize Rules to block or allow Windows applications like Microsoft Word or Calculator. You can turn on this optional feature in Linewize Filter.

Native App Control is currently available only for users on Linewize Connect for Windows version 3.6.9 and up on Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit).

Turn on Classwize Native App Controls

  1. In Linewize Filter, go to Configuration > Classwize.
  2. Use the Features dropdown to select Native App Controls (Windows only).
  3. Select Save.
