This article is intended for IT support and classroom administrators. 

Requesting Chat Logs

Classwize Chat logs are stored for 12 months. You can request copies of Chat logs by contacting Linewize Support. Ensure you include the required log details, such as: 

  • Date and time
  • Classes 
  • Students

The logs will be in plain text (.json) format and can take up to 7 business days.
