Classwize Chat logs are stored for 12 months. You can request copies of the logs by contacting Linewize Support. Include the required details in your request, such as:
- Date and time
- Teacher Name
- Classes
- Students
Linewize Support provides the logs in plain text (.json) format within seven business days.
