Sync Google Classrooms with Classwize

You can sync Classwize to update your classes from Google Classroom. If you can add or remove students in Google Classroom, make changes there, then run a sync in Classwize to update your dashboard. This sync only updates your own classes.

Before you begin

  • You must have access to Syncing in Classwize.

  Note

If you can't access this feature, contact your school's IT Support for permission.

Sync Google Classrooms with Classwize

To sync your Google Classrooms with Classwize:

  1. In Classwize, ensure no classes are active.
  2. On the My Classes toolbar, select Sync. 

  Important

You won’t be able to use Classwize while it syncs. Syncing may take a few minutes to complete.

  1. The Sync with Google Classroom? window will appear. Select Sync.
