Sync Google Classrooms with Classroom Manager

You can sync Classroom Manager to update your classes from Google Classroom. If you can add or remove students in Google Classroom, make changes there, then run a sync in Classroom Manager to update your dashboard. This sync only updates your own classes.

Before you begin

  • You must have access to Syncing in Classroom Manager.

  Note

If you can't access this feature, contact your school's IT Support for permission.

Sync Google Classrooms with Classroom Manager

To sync your Google Classrooms with Classroom Manager:

  1. In Classroom Manager, ensure no classes are active.
  2. On the My Classes toolbar, select Sync. 

  Important

You won’t be able to use Classroom Manager while it syncs. Syncing may take a few minutes to complete.

  1. The Sync with Google Classroom? window will appear. Select Sync.
