This article is for Teachers.

Info

If you can't access this feature, contact your school's IT Support for permission.

You can use Reward to give your class temporary access to something fun, like streaming media or online games, for 10 minutes to 3 hours.

Tip

If you want to allow students access to the same content regularly, create an allow rule instead.

To use Reward:

  1. In an active class, on the Classroom toolbar, select Class Tools > Reward.
  2. Under Reward Duration, select a duration from the dropdown menu.

    Info

You can stop the Reward early, but you can’t change its duration once it has started.

  3. Under Applications and websites, search for a category, signature or website, then select it from the list. Repeat this step to add more entries.
  4. (Optional) Select the x next to each category to remove the default categories (Social Networking and Gaming).
  5. Select Start. The Reward indicator will appear on your Class Toolbar.

Tip

Select the Reward indicator to edit or stop the Reward earlier.
