[Resource] is currently blocked error message

In Classwize, you will see the error message "[Resource] is currently blocked. Creating this rule will allow [Resource], are you sure you would like to proceed?” if you try to create an allowed rule for a resource that requires a previously blocked resource.

An example of a scenario where this may occur is if you have blocked Vimeo but want to allow the Powerschool Learning Signature. Vimeo is required because Powerschool Learning requires it to deliver video content.

Follow these steps to resolve this issue:

1. Select Yes, Proceed. In this example, you will need to create the Powerschool Learning Allowed rule.
2. Find the conflicting rule and change it to Allowed. In this example, you need to find the Vimeo rule and change it to Allowed.
