In Classwize, you will see the error message "[Resource] is currently blocked. Creating this rule will allow [Resource], are you sure you would like to proceed?” if you try to create an allowed rule for a resource that requires a previously blocked resource.
An example of a scenario where this may occur is if you have blocked Google but want to allow the YouTube Signature. Google is required because YouTube uses Google's servers.

Follow these steps to resolve this issue:
- Select Yes, Proceed. In this example, you will need to create the YouTube Allowed rule.
- Find the conflicting (block Google) rule and change it to Allowed.
